Job Summary

Support the CSC Commercial Team by managing customer relationships and improving order processes. Handle manual orders, update master data, and work collaboratively to meet team KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily tasks with the CSC team to improve order processing by releasing order holds and managing manual orders when automation is unavailable
• Maintain and update the Critical List to ensure accurate order tracking and timely follow-up
• Update master data precisely to support seamless operational workflows and data integrity
• Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally to coordinate with team members and stakeholders for smooth operations
• Identify and resolve daily operational issues proactively to minimize disruptions without requiring constant supervision
• Collaborate with team members to achieve team KPIs in a fast-paced environment, contributing to overall team performance
• Apply meticulous attention to detail in all assigned tasks to ensure accuracy and quality of work

Required competencies and certifications

• Use SAP proficiently to manage order and customer data accurately and efficiently
• Utilize Microsoft Excel skills to support data management, analysis, and reporting tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service-related roles
• Diploma in Business & Administration or related field
• Proven experience in aviation (MRO / OEM / airline environment)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
