• Handle import and export permits and shippingdocuments, including BL, DO, notices, and invoices.

• Coordinate bookings, cargo movement, andshipment status with carriers, customers, and agents.

• Negotiate freight rates and prepare quotationsbased on shipment requirements.

• Liaise with customers on instructions,timelines, and shipment follow-up.

• Work with warehouse and transport teams toensure smooth delivery and fulfilment.

• Monitor shipment progress and resolvedocumentation or operational issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of permits,quotations, documents, and correspondence.

• Ensure compliance with customs, shippingregulations, and internal procedures.
