Job Summary

You will manage a specialized kitchen station, ensuring high-quality food preparation and safety standards. Lead and supervise kitchen staff to follow SOPs, assist in food purchasing, maintain cleanliness, and control wastage to support efficient kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a specialized kitchen station to deliver consistent, high-quality food preparation
• Ensure all food production and mise-en-place comply with established food safety standards
• Assist in food purchasing to maintain adequate inventory and cost control
• Supervise demi chefs and kitchen assistants to ensure adherence to SOPs during food preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all kitchen stations at all times to uphold hygiene standards
• Implement wastage control measures to minimize food loss and optimize resource use

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum of 4 years of kitchen experience
