Responsible for managing end-to-end tender processes, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely submissions while coordinating with internal teams and the agencies.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitor and identify tender opportunities through relevant procurement portals, agencies, and ministries.
• Review tender documents, specifications, and requirements to determine eligibility and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical, financial, and operational information required for tender submissions.
• Coordinate tender clarification, negotiation, and post-submission activities.
• Prepare, compile, and submit complete tender proposals within stipulated deadlines.
• Ensure all tender documentation complies with the regulations, procurement policies, and company standards.
• Develop tender response matrices and ensure all requirements are addressed.
• Maintain an organized database of tender opportunities, submissions, results, and supporting documents.
• Manage the end-to-end tender, RFP, RFQ, and RFI process.
• Liaise with the agencies and procurement officers regarding clarifications, presentations, and tender evaluations.
• Track tender outcomes and prepare post-submission reports for management review.
• Support contract documentation, award acceptance, and project handover processes.
• Monitor changes in procurement policies and advise management on potential impacts.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tender management, procurement, or bid administration.
• Experience dealing with government agencies, ministries, GLCs, or statutory bodies is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with ePerolehan, MyProcurement, and other government procurement platforms.
• Knowledge of tender documentation, proposal writing, and contract administration.
• Strong understanding of government procurement procedures and compliance requirements.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to prepare tender submissions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
