XCL Education Malaysia Hiring! Full Time Talent Acquisition Partner in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

XCL Education Malaysia is looking for a proactive and detail oriented Talent Acquisition professional to support recruitment across our schools and business functions in Malaysia.

As an education group, safeguarding is central to how we recruit. This role will have primary responsibility for upholding XCL Malaysia’s safer recruitment standards, ensuring that all required pre employment checks, references, identity and qualification verification, documentation and approvals are properly completed before appointment.

This is a hands on individual contributor role with end to end ownership of recruitment activities for local and expatriate hires. The successful candidate will work closely with school leaders and HR Business Partners to support approved manpower needs, attract suitable talent and ensure a professional, compliant and timely hiring process.

What We Are Looking For

• At least three to five years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within education or another people intensive industry.
• Exposure to expatriate recruitment, Employment Pass coordination or immigration related documentation would be an advantage.
• An understanding of safer recruitment, background screening and safeguarding requirements would be highly valued.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple vacancies and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Workday or another HR and recruitment system would be an advantage.
