We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager | JIBRIL Restaurant Group

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join JIBRIL Restaurant Group and help us grow our brands, strengthen our presence, and create marketing that actually connects with people.

If you love F&B, understand what’s trending, enjoy turning ideas into campaigns, and know how to balance creativity with business results, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:

Plan and execute marketing strategies across JIBRIL brands

Lead and coordinate social media, content, and digital marketing initiatives

Plan campaigns, promotions, launches and outlet activations

Manage marketing projects from idea to execution

Work closely with and guide the creative and marketing team

Track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement

Keep up with social media, F&B and consumer trends

Work closely with Operations and Management to support business and outlet growth

Make sure our brands stay consistent, relevant and exciting across different platforms

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, with experience managing projects or coordinating a team preferred

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and current trends

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or a related field

• Experience in F&B, retail, lifestyle or hospitality would be a strong advantage

• Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and execute JIBRIL’s creative direction.

• A creative mindset backed by commercial thinking and data

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

• Able to turn ideas into action and get things done

• Passion for building brands, creating great campaigns and delivering results

• Most importantly, someone who’s looking for a fun team to grow with us
