Position: Contract Management Senior Analyst
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Total Package: Base Salary + Shift Allowance
Working Hours:
- Standard Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Shift Hours (when required): 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Contract Management Analyst, you will play a key role in managing post-award contract activities, ensuring contract compliance, operational efficiency, and effective risk management across procurement and commercial operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and oversee post-award contract management activities throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Support contract compliance, performance monitoring, contract renewals, amendments, and contract close-out activities.
- Collaborate with procurement, legal, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure effective contract execution and governance.
- Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks while maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance contract management processes and operational effectiveness.
- Support contract management transformation and digitalisation projects.
- Analyse business requirements and recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and standardisation.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation, records, and related contract management materials.
- Support contract audits, reviews, and compliance monitoring activities.
- Participate in data quality and process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional and global teams to resolve contract-related issues and implement best practices.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and contract management excellence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Commerce, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in contract management, procurement, sourcing, commercial operations, or a related function.
- Experience supporting post-award contract management within a large and complex organisation.
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts, contractual terminology, contract governance, and compliance principles.
- Experience in the energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, shared services, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all organisational levels.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with regional or global teams in a virtual environment.
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail and risk awareness.
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and procurement platforms such as Sirion, Ariba, and SAP is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SAP platforms supporting contract operationalisation, purchase order (PO) creation, and procurement processes will be an added advantage.
