Job description:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Building Technician to join our team for residential and commercial property management operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out daily maintenance and repair works for building facilities

• Monitor M&E systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pumps, and lighting

• Attend to breakdowns, complaints, and emergency maintenance

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance

• Liaise with contractors and ensure works are completed properly

• Maintain proper service records and reports

• Ensure building safety and compliance at all times

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field

• Experience in property/building maintenance is an advantage

• Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and handyman works

• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently

• Willing to work on standby or overtime when required

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
