Responsibilities

The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering with our client – a leading global financial services organisation – to hire an experienced TPM Manager, Data & Monitoring to support third-party management, data monitoring and re-onboarding activities.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a third-party management or operational risk professional to manage the lifecycle of internal and external third-party arrangements, support due diligence activities, monitor procurement and contract data, and drive process improvements across a complex global organisation.
  • The role offers the opportunity to work closely with Procurement, Resilience Risk, Engagement Managers, offshore teams and other key stakeholders to strengthen third-party governance, improve operational processes and support global and local initiatives.

Office Location: Mapletree Business City

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in office

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm

Salary: $5,500 – $8,500 per month, depending on experience and interview outcome

The Talent

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Third-Party Management, Third-Party Risk Management, Resilience Risk, Procurement Operations or a closely related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience supporting third-party onboarding, offboarding or re-onboarding activities, particularly in the context of mergers, acquisitions or organisational changes.
  • Strong experience in data analysis, monitoring and reporting, with the ability to identify discrepancies, trends, ageing issues and control gaps.
  • Experience using data visualisation tools such as Qlik Sense and Tableau.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyse data and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Experience managing third-party lifecycle activities, contracts and due diligence processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working independently with Engagement Managers, offshore teams and internal business stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting change management, process improvement and project implementation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and Coupa will be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience within financial institutions or consulting firms will be preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a controlled and regulated environment.

Job Description

  • Monitor and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of internal and external third-party arrangements, including identifying and investigating discrepancies between payments and contract status.
  • Produce monthly analysis and reporting on Procurement and third-party management data, including intercompany contract activity.
  • Partner with Resilience Risk teams to proactively monitor and improve ageing metrics and risk/control indicators within the third-party environment.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of relevant outsourcing and third-party registers, ensuring accurate and timely updates in accordance with global and local policies and procedures.
  • Provide data, analysis and reporting to key stakeholders and senior management to support effective third-party governance and decision-making.
  • Provide first-line support to internal users of Third-Party Due Diligence platforms, including assisting with system issues, errors and approval workflow queries.
  • Investigate operational and system issues and coordinate with relevant teams to drive timely resolution.
  • Independently manage interactions with Engagement Managers and offshore teams throughout the third-party lifecycle.
  • Coordinate arrangements undergoing due diligence, ensuring required information, approvals and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support the Third-Party Management team in implementing policy and process changes, including global and local mandates and initiatives.
  • Support project management activities across change and transformation initiatives, including tracking deliverables, stakeholders, risks and dependencies.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and operational improvement, and proactively recommend practical solutions.
  • Contribute to project documentation, reporting, stakeholder communications and implementation activities.
