The AR Team Lead cum GL & Reporting Team Lead is responsible for overseeing Accounts Receivable
operations, General Ledger accounting, month-end closing activities, financial reporting, and team
management. This role ensures timely collection of receivables, accurate financial records,
compliance with accounting standards, and delivery of high-quality financial reports to management.

Key Responsibilities:
General Ledger (GL) Management
* Oversee daily GL operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
* Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reclassifications.
* Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
* Ensure compliance with accounting policies, IFRS/MFRS, and internal controls.
* Support statutory audits and tax audits by providing required documentation.
Financial Reporting
* Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
* Prepare and review management accounts and financial statements.
* Analyze financial performance and provide variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
* Ensure timely submission of financial reports to management and stakeholders.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
* Develop and enhance reporting processes and dashboards. (FMM)
* Assists tax computation
* Assists audit ( schedule, draft report)
Ad hoc tasks
* Requested by management
* Project Fusion needed support on compiling data or perform testing if any
