Key Responsibilities
- Market and distribute fixed income investment solutions, including Government Bonds, Corporate Bonds and Sukuk across major currencies, to High Net Worth, Corporate and Institutional clients.
- Prepare and publish regular market commentaries, identify and onboard new bond issuances, sukuk offerings and fixed income investment ideas trade opportunities for clients and sales teams.
- Monitor financial markets, economic developments and credit events and conduct analysis to support investment recommendations and business decisions.
- Collaborate with sales teams, product partners and stakeholders to drive fixed income revenue growth and business expansion.
Dealing Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with counterparties and market participants to support business growth, market access and business opportunities.
- Execute fixed income transactions for institutional and High Net Worth clients and source market liquidity to obtain competitive pricing from counterparties across domestic and international bond markets.
- Prepare and deliver fixed income trade ideas, investment themes and market updates to sales teams and stakeholders.
- Support the end-to-end onboarding, documentation and execution process for fixed income products and transactions.
Product Management & Governance
- Drive product innovation and development of fixed income investment solutions to meet evolving client needs.
- Assist in establishing operational workflows, controls and product governance frameworks for new initiatives.
- Conduct product training sessions and provide market, regulatory and fixed income updates to sales teams and internal stakeholders.
Governance, Risk Management and Processes
- Ensure all fixed income transactions and client activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies and suitability standards.
- Support the development and enhancement of internal procedures, controls and operational processes for the growing business.
- Participate in audits, manage regulatory incidents and communications on product and drive the process, product and system change to reduce regulatory breaches.
Educational Qualifications & Years of Relevant Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any related discipline.
- Must possess PPKM membership and PKMC certification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in financial treasury market in the domestic and international landscapes.

- In-depth product knowledge of fixed income market dynamics including bond pricing, yields, durations and credit spreads.
- Project management and product development with clear deliverables and outcomes.
- Effective negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
