In this dynamic role within our emerging digital banking venture, you will serve as a Partnership Manager. Your mission is to shape robust partnership management practices. You will dedicate a significant portion of your time overseeing partnership management, maintaining a holistic perspective on all projects.
Job Responsibilities
Procurement Management & Committee Submissions:
- RFP/RFQ Leadership: End-to-end project management of Tech RFPs/RFQs, defining evaluation criteria, vendor negotiations, and ROI modeling.
- Paper Authorship & Defense: Author and defend formal papers before PROC-C, MANCO, and BOD for high-value tech purchases.
Contract Lifecycle, Legal & Shariah Compliance:
- Renewal Governance: Proactive 60–90 day tracking register to prevent lapsed contracts.
- Compliance Orchestration: Direct contracts through Legal Review and secure Shariah Governance approval prior to execution.
Tech Invoicing & Financial Control:
- Financial Approval: Financial sign-off on incoming Tech invoices against approved POs, contracts, and Delegation of Authority (DOA) limits.
- Dispute Resolution: Resolve billing discrepancies, payment blockages, and scope changes.
Performance Metrics and Risk Mitigation
- Establish and monitor performance metrics and KPIs for partners, emphasizing flexibility for a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- Assess and manage risks associated with partners.
- Provide regular updates on partner performance.
Strategic Growth and Innovation
- Drive strategic initiatives to expand the bank’s partnership ecosystem and identify new growth opportunities.
- Foster innovation by integrating partner capabilities with internal product development to enhance customer experience.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to streamline partner onboarding and lifecycle management processes.
