Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Drive customer retention and contract renewals.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor account health and proactively manage customer engagement.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Technical Account Manager, Presales, Solutions Architecture, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
