Job Description
Responsibilities
We're looking for experienced technical support to join our team. We would like to hear from you if you are passionate about IT systems and the e-payment industry.
Job Duties:
Provide technical support to assist our customer (merchant) in integrating our internet payment gateway system and technical enquiries
Assist to solve merchant ‘s technical problem
Provide technical support for in-house users including hardware/software deployment, upgrades, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Assist in implementing and commissioning new system projects, shift roster on time schedule may apply
Provide I.T. administrative support including documentation, housekeeping and facility management
Assist in I.T. procurement such as liaise with vendors for quotation, invoice and delivery.
Requirements:
High Diploma or above major in I.T. or equivalent
1 year relevant office I.T support experience, fresh graduate also welcome
Knowledge of PC hardware and software
Familiar with Microsoft office products
