Job Responsibilities:
Conceptualise and produce high-quality graphic assets for digital and offline channels, including social media content, website banners, in-app promotional visuals, EDMs, premiums, Exhibition materials and print collateral

Develop engaging video content for social media, advertisements, and promotional campaigns

Collaborate with marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns

Recommend design improvements to enhance visual appeal and brand consistency

Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues efficiently

Optimize graphics and video files for performance (load time, format, dimensions)

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Stay updated on design trends and digital media best practices

Perform other creative tasks as assigned by department manager

Job Requirements:
Diploma or above in Web/Graphics/MultiMedia Design, Communications, or related disciplines preferred

A minimum of one year experience as graphics designer

Ability to present ideas and solutions through effective communication

A strong online creative sense

Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

A team player with creative mind

Familiar with social media platforms

Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (CS5 or above)
