The role that we’re holding for you:
Our office located in Hong Kong is looking for a technically inclined, customer-obsessed engineer to join us as our Support Engineer. You will work closely with our customers and help them get the most out of our products and ensure their success.

As a Support Engineer, you will be working with a group of approachable and supportive teammates and engaging in collective problem solving. Bring in your knowledge, insights, and expertise to build great relationships with our partners and customers and help them achieve more.
Skills & Experience:
· Degree/diploma in computing/telecommunication, or related engineering field.
· Fluency in English.
· Knowledge in the following areas will be extremely useful.
o Telephony: T1/E1 PRI, ISDN BRI, CO Trunks, FXS Stations.
o Networking Administration and troubleshooting.
o SIP and CCNA skill set.
o IP-PBX, IP Phones, gateways, POE switches, Video Conference equipment.
· Previous experience in Project Management position is a plus.
