• Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and other administrative documents accurately and on time.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of company documents and records.
• Monitor and replenish office stationery, pantry snacks, beverages, and other office supplies.
• Follow up on quotations, invoices, payments, and pending administrative matters when required.
• Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records in the company’s system or spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with colleagues, and suppliers on administrative matters.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed within the required deadlines.
• Support daily office operations and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
• Good time management and a strong sense of punctuality.
• Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Careful and accurate when preparing quotations, invoices, and documents.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous administrative experience is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
