Summary:

As BD Executive, the position’s main responsibility is to support the Business Development team mainly on administrative matters.

Deliverables:

• To achieve increase in sales and profitability by supporting franchisees through good relationship and support.
• To ensure franchisee adhere to company’s policies and guidelines
• To ensure satisfaction of brand partnership with all franchisees
• To ensure franchise compliance

Job Descriptions:

• To update and ensure all reports and templates are up to date.
• Qualifying new franchisees and to prepare & complete all relevant documentation.
• Feasibilities Studies which includes site inspection, survey of surroundings, preparation & presentation of feasibilities report etc.
• Franchisee Liaison on franchise related matters
• Coordination and communication with internal departments, external vendors as and when work requires
• To maintain good relationship with franchisee, prepare summary reports, and to provide feedback to management as and when required.
• To prepare and edit franchise related document as and when required.
• To assist project team on coordination and documentation as and when needed.
• To support franchisees for continuous business improvement that could lead to increase in sales and profitability. This is achieve by maintaining a good relationship with franchisee and to attend to their problems and feedbacks on a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate to possess at least a Diploma.
• Passionate about self-development
• Fresh graduates may be considered
• Able to communicate well in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiar with all MS Office Applications.
