POSITION: Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

• Location: Menara KOMTAR, Georgetown, Penang
• Working Days: 5 days per week (rotational off days)
• Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000 + Allowances (Language, Shift, KPI, Transport)
• Intake: Immediate

Job Description:

• Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with inquiries or complaints
• Identifying and resolving issues related to billing, technical support, and products
• Providing in-person assistance at the service counter (as required)
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and prompt service

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen
• Must to speak Mandarin
• Minimum Diploma qualification (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Able to communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Able to start immediately
• Understanding of Penang dialect is a bonus
