To support the Operations Manager in planning, establishing, and overseeing branches operations. The role ensures that all branches are operationally ready, comply with company standards, and assist to overseeing fleet operations, optimizing delivery efficiency, and ensuring high operational performance across all branches.

Operations Support

1. Develop and implement SOPs and operational workflows.

2. Plan and optimize daily logistics operations involving large fleets (Plan and assign daily customer orders through the Fleet Management System; Optimize route planning to maximize fleet utilization, driver productivity, and on-time delivery performance, etc.)

3. Conduct operational audits and compliance inspections.

4. Monitor branch KPIs, productivity, quality, and operating costs.

5. Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Also, included but not limited to:

1. New branch setup

2. ⁠Logistics & Fleet Operations

3. ⁠Training & people development

4. Compliances & Safety & Security, etc.

Experience & Qualifications - Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for Executive level, or 8 years for Assistant Manager level.
• Proven experience in operations, logistics, fleet management, or supply chain management.
• Experience managing multi-site operations and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Fleet Management Systems, GPS tracking systems, Transport Management Systems, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Candidates with experience in the industries of Building/ Construction materials will have a distinct advantage:
• Experience in handling bulk cement tankers, tipper trucks, prime movers, heavy commercial vehicles, or managing high-volume daily transport operations is highly preferred.
• Willing to travel extensively to support new branch setup and operational activities.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
