Job Description

We are looking for a HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will be responsible for daily HR operations, payroll, recruitment, employee documentation and training coordination.

Responsibilities

• Handle monthly payroll and statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
• Manage recruitment, interviews, offer letters and onboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts and contract renewals.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave and employee information in the HR system.
• Coordinate training programmes and HRD Corp-related matters.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and other HR tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from a local or international university.
• Minimum 2- 3 years of HR experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of payroll and HR systems (HR 2000) is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
