About the Role
Join a fast-paced technology consulting environment as an Executive Coordinator, supporting the Managing Partner in coordinating schedules, meetings, projects, stakeholders, and important business activities.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate the Managing Partner's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Arrange meetings with clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and supporting materials.
- Take meeting notes and follow up on assigned action items.
- Track deadlines and ensure important tasks are followed through.
- Coordinate information and communication between the Managing Partner and stakeholders.
- Assist with client meetings and business engagements.
- Support company events, leadership meetings, and team activities.
- Monitor ongoing projects and provide progress updates.
- Assist with business documentation, contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Coordinate logistics for business trips, events, and important meetings.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Assist with other business and administrative projects as required.
Who We're Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Communications, Administration, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Executive Coordination, Administration, Business Support, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through.
- Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working independently.
- Professional and trustworthy with confidential information.
- Experience in consulting, technology, or professional services is an advantage.
Pay: Up to RM6,500.00 per month
