Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in Air Selangor-related works, particularly in plumbing and water reticulation systems. The candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, contract management, and project financial control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare project cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BQ), and tender documentation for plumbing works.
• Manage contract administration for Air Selangor-related projects.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison reports.
• Monitor project costs and budget, and report on cost variances.
• Handle progress claims, payment certificates, and final accounts.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients for site progress and technical matters.
• Ensure compliance with Air Selangor standards, guidelines, and procedures.
• Provide support in procurement and material take-off related to plumbing works.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in QS work, particularly in Air Selangor or water infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge in plumbing, pipe laying, and water reticulation systems.
• Familiar with tender process and contract administration (preferably CIDB/PAM).
• Able to read technical drawings and perform accurate measurements.
• Good communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS-related software.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
