Maestro Swiss Industries Hiring! Full Time Warehouse - Logistics Executive in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 3,600 - Ricebowl

Roles and Responsibilities

1. To monitor and carry out all distribution function of goods for the company.

2. To verify all the customer orders, shipping instructions orders and production orders received.

3. Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transit.

4. Assist in coordinating the transportation of goods, ensuring timely and safe delivery to customers or distribution centers. And follow to check the transport cost.

5. Apply & prepare export permits and veterinary health certificates required for the shipment either local or export order, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.

6. Apply for import permits, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate and in a timely manner.

7. Supporting and monitoring all the Export shipping document is complete, correct & proper documentation.

8. Maintain comprehensive and accurate warehouse reports, supporting on scheduling, planning and monitoring delivery and shipments schedule for WM/EM/B2B transactions.

9. Ensure FG shipment delivery schedules are in track, addressing system / physical shortfalls promptly and coordinating with PPC as needed.

10. Apply & track until status closed for Excise duty exemption application (E7 & E8) on the FG shipment (local and export) through My Excise system.

11. Update lorry delivery schedules and container status daily, tracking when containers are shipped out and when they arrive at the destination.

12. To support shipment arrangement for WM/EM/B2B.

13. To support the processing of declaration form for EM.

14. Assist in preparing the necessary supporting documents required to finalize the billing invoice from the transporter and then forward it to the finance department.

15. Request the GRIR from DKSH Sg. Jati to verify that the goods received are on track.

16. Notify the receiving party if the truck is delayed.

17. To take ownership and responsibility for food safety and its non-compliance challenges.

In addition to the defined roles stipulated as above, this position is also responsible for any other assignments which will be delegated to him/her from his/her superior(s) from time to time.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
