Financial Analyst (SEA)

Job Summary

Responsible for analyzing business performance and managing the calculation and administration of sales incentives (commissions and bonuses) across the SEA region. This role requires close collaboration with Finance, HR, and Sales teams to ensure accurate payouts, effective incentive design, and strong financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance and prepare/maintain commission and bonus calculations across business units in accordance with approved schemes and policies
• Work closely with Accounting teams to ensure accurate balance sheet accruals for sales incentive payouts
• Support Business Units and HR in reviewing sales incentive plan designs and recommend improvements where necessary
• Maintain and support the sales incentive tool/system used for calculating and administering payouts
• Perform simulation of commission and bonus payouts based on business performance scenarios
• Conduct sales productivity analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of incentive plans
• Maintain customer-to-sales hierarchy mapping to ensure accurate performance tracking and incentive allocation
• Collaborate with HR and Sales teams to ensure accurate and timely payouts
• Assist in the annual budgeting process as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of analytical working experience, with at least 2 years in a financial analysis role; or
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with experience in full-set accounting or financial analysis
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced analytical tools such as Power BI
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with multiple levels of management and staff
• Independent, self-motivated, meticulous, and highly detail-oriented
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• High tolerance for ambiguity with strong business acumen
• Willingness to foster a collaborative learning environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture
