Responsibility :

• Planning & Ordering of Packaging Materials for Plant A,B,C,D & E.
• Ensure on-time delivery of PM.
• Upon receiving customer PO, check inventory & release PR to Purchasing department.
• Issue weekly PM delivery requirement to Purchasing Department.
• Plan & schedule for production activities.
• Issue work orders for the plant via SAP to the production floor for execution of weekly plan.
• Manage resource utilization and control inventory.
• Tracking progress against plans & identifying potential issue,risk or delays.
• Prepare forecast demand for Packaging Material.
• Liase with supplier on delivery & purchase of material to meet production timeline.

Education Level : Minimum Diploma holder & equivalent

Working Experience : Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field.

Special Knowledge / Skill :

• Computer literate – Microsoft,advanced level excel skills would be an advantage.
• Analytical Skills – problem solving & resource planning
• Organizational skills – Time Management.
• Good in SAP system
• Preferred: Prior experience in personal care or home care is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
