Key Duties

• Supervise daily operations of Costing, Accounting, and Cashiering teams.
• Review journal entries, payments, bank reconciliations, and monthly closing.
• Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Guide and coach team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA) preferred.
• 5+ years experience, including 2+ years in supervisory role.
• Hands‑on experience in costing, accounting, and cashiering – essential.
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel; strong leadership skills.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
