Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain robotic arm stripping machines and automatic stacking machines across Block A and Block B, including Rokee, New DAMA, Old DAMA, and Kebao machines. Responsibilities include machine maintenance, spare parts inventory checks, and machine parameter/settings monitoring.
• Troubleshoot machine-related defects and identify root causes for issues such as TR defects, tight gloves, counting errors, and other production abnormalities.
• Liaise and coordinate with China-based machine suppliers to troubleshoot technical issues, source spare parts, and obtain technical support for automatic stacking machines.
• Localise spare parts for China-manufactured machines to improve spare parts availability, reduce dependency on overseas suppliers, and minimise machine downtime.
• Support the setup and commissioning of new production lines, particularly in the robotic department, including RASM and automatic stacking machine installation, setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and analyse air compressor performance and compressed air consumption to improve system efficiency and optimise energy usage.
• Plan and arrange manpower for robotic maintenance activities to ensure maintenance work is completed efficiently and with minimal impact on production.
• Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and performance of AI vision camera systems used in the production and robotic processes.
• Identify, develop, and implement new robotic projects and improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency, productivity, reliability, and overall production performance.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
• Exercise authority and perform duties in accordance with the relevant work process procedures, work instructions, and company policies.

Requirements:
Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or any related engineering fields) or equivalent from reputable universities.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
