Position Overview:The Senior Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative design solutions for both digital and physical platforms. This role requires proficiency in utilizing advanced design tools, including AI technologies, to enhance efficiency and creativity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating compelling visuals for social media, online platforms, and on-ground structures, demonstrating versatility and a keen eye for detail.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and Ideation:
• Lead the creative process from brainstorming to final design execution for various projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
• Design Execution:
• Create high-quality designs for social media, online platforms, and physical installations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Utilize AI and other advanced design tools to streamline workflows and enhance design quality.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements into broader campaigns.
• Quality Assurance:
• Review and refine design outputs to maintain high standards of visual excellence and accuracy.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance design practices.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a senior design role, with a diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in both digital and physical design mediums.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with AI-driven design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Experience with AI tools and a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Agility: Capacity to think and work swiftly in a dynamic environment.
• Creativity: Demonstrated ability to develop innovative design concepts that effectively communicate desired messages.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
