Job Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided
• Candidate with procurement experience in manufacturing /engineering will have added advantage
• Willingness to work hard, learn and take responsibility in fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, Powerpoint )
• Details-oriented, organized and able to work under pressure
• A team player with problem solving skills and positive attitude

Job Description

• Handle day-to-day procurement activities for goods, material and services
• Source, compare and negotiate with supplier to achieve the best price, quality and lead time
• Issue purchase orders (PO) and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier data bases and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments ( engineering, production,logistic) to fulfill requirement
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality , delivery or pricing
• Ensure compliance with company approval matrix , procurement policies and budget control
• Assist in preparing report s and analysis for management review

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
