HIRING: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE (BPO)

Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Working Hours: 24 Hour Rotational Shift
Working Days: 6 Days per Week

SALARY PACKAGE

BM + English: RM2,100 – RM3,000
Mandarin + Cantonese: RM3,000 – RM4,000

JOB SUMMARY

Join our BPO team as a Customer Experience Associate and assist customers by handling enquiries, resolving issues, and providing professional service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Assist customers with account, product, or service-related issues.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up on customer cases when required.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Record and update customer information accurately.
• Follow company procedures and service standards.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Customer facing or BPO experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work on 24 hour rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to work in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
• Malaysian candidates preferred.
