Plassein Industry Hiring! Full Time Assistant Finance Manager in Johor, Earn up to MYR 8,000 - Ricebowl

1. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist the Finance Manager in overseeing daily finance and accounting operations at Plassein Industri Sdn Bhd, a plastic injection moulding manufacturer
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS)
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Supervise accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliation processes
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory bodies (LHDN, SSM, Customs)
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
• Prepare management reports and financial analysis for senior management
• Perform product costing, inventory valuation, and margin analysis for plastic injection moulding operations
• Supervise and mentor junior finance/accounts staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/MICPA)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Manufacturing / plastic injection moulding industry experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin required to liaise with China-based counterparts)
• Strong knowledge of MFRS, taxation, and Malaysian statutory requirements
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, SAP) and MS Excel
• Meticulous, analytical, and able to work independently under tight deadlines
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Malaysian citizen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
