The Sales Executive is responsible for filing documentation, coordinating travel and expenses, handling queries and telephone coverage, processing forms and support sales system for the division of Business Development. Also, responsible in supporting the exposure of the property across all online distribution and communication channels to ensure increased room revenues, decreased operational costs, and optimal return on investment.

REQUIREMENTS.

• Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides knowledge, skills, and ability sufficient to successfully perform the duties of the position.
• Previous work experience in hotel service for at least 3 year
• Strong command of software applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (MICROS Opera, Sabre/SYNXIS, Delphi, SUN, etc.).
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers and staff, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy.
• Fluency in English. Additional languages preferred.
