OCTOBER 2026 INTAKE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior QA/QC Engineer to join our QA/QC team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop practical experience in industrial quality management while working closely with senior engineers and the QA/QC team. You will be involved in quality inspections, documentation, ISO system activities, and the use of precision measurement tools to ensure our products consistently meet the required quality standards and specifications.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Quality Assurance

• Responsible for product quality improvement, monitor, data analysis, review and drive for corrective plan.
• Promote quality awareness and implementation of quality system to ensure the products will meet the requirements of the customer.
• Ensure subordinates and all production workers are following the standard operation procedure/work instruction.
• To comply with established quality, safety and environmental procedures and policies.

Quality Control

• Responsible for incoming inspection, inprocess inspection and outgoing inspection, with assist by QC inspector.
• Liase with supplier on quality issue.
• Liase with customer on quality issue.

Quality Improvement

• Responsible for developing and evaluating new processes and improving current process capability, efficiency and overall productivity activities.
• Enhance process flow and methodology and improve recovery, monitor machines and instruments calibration.
• Initiate Kaizen alike improvement activities, by training subordinates in technical and quality know-how.

Requirement

• Working hours: 8:30AM - 5:30 PM (Monday - Friday) , 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM (2nd & 4th Saturday)
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or industrial training experience in QA/QC, manufacturing, or engineering is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and ISO 9001:2015.
• Basic knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, or Kaizen is an added advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
