LPC Hiring! Full Time Healthcare Assistant in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 2,200 - Ricebowl

Job Summary
We are looking for a caring, responsible, and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to support our nursing team in providing quality care to residents. The successful candidate will assist residents with their daily activities and ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report residents’ conditions or any changes in their health status to the nursing staff.
• Assist nurses with basic nursing and care-related duties as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort of residents and their surroundings.
• Assist with changing bed linens and maintaining a clean and safe ward environment.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Follow all nursing home policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Ensure proper handling and care of residents’ belongings and personal items.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Nurse Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous experience in healthcare, nursing homes, caregiving, or elderly care is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates or candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.
• Caring, patient, responsible, and compassionate towards elderly residents.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to assist residents with mobility and daily care needs.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
