Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Position: Project Management Officer (PMO)
  • Location: Changi Business Park, Singapore
  • Duration: 12-Month Contract
  • Core Focus: Support financial control, resource planning, and management reporting by partnering with platform leads and internal stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Management & Control
  • Budget Tracking: Manage forecasts, budgets, actuals, and variance analysis
  • Month-End Closing: Support accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliation, and flash reporting
  • Planning: Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting (validation and consolidation)
  • Cost Optimization: Track allocations, recoveries, recharges, and strategic cost savings



2. Workforce & Resource Management

  • Capacity Planning: Coordinate resource demand/supply, headcount budgeting, and capacity management.
  • Hiring Lifecycle: Manage hiring requests from submission and approval through onboarding and closure.
  • Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate records for staff movements, work classification, and team allocations.
  • Tracking & Escalation: Monitor hiring progress, vacancies, and attrition; escalate gaps promptly.


3. Stakeholder Coordination & Supp

  • ortReporting: Provide data-driven financial and workforce insights for governance revie
  • ws.Problem Solving: Partner with teams and vendors to resolve operational and process issu
  • es.Ad Hoc Tasks: Support additional management analysis and reporting requests as needed.


Core Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in technology finance or workforce management.
  • Industry Preference: Banking experience is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.
  • Soft Skills: Confident communication, strong stakeholder management, and highly organized.
  • Work Style: Meticulous, independent, handles tight deadlines, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
