PowTech Hiring! Full Time Angular Developer (V20) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

We're looking for an Angular Developer to join a project team supporting a leading insurance project in Kuala Lumpur.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for building and maintaining responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using Angular, working closely with backend developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to deliver seamless application experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using Angular, optimized across devices and browsers
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs into front-end features
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Write unit and integration tests (Jasmine, Karma) to ensure application quality
• Work within an agile team, following established development standards and best practices

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Angular (version 2+), ideally in a production environment
• Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Git and agile development workflows
• Exposure to testing frameworks like Jasmine and Karma is a plus
• AWS exposure (EC2, S3, RDS) is a bonus, not required
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
