Prefer Skills:

• Experience dealing with subcontractors and Main Contractor coordination

• Strong discipline in execution, safety compliance, and progress monitoring
  

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction / installation activities at site

• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and daily manpower allocation

• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, work instructions, and project requirements

• Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and productivity

• Enforce site safety practices, PPE compliance, and housekeeping standards

• Conduct daily safety inspections and report unsafe activities immediately

• Attend weekly coordination / progress meetings with Main Contractor

• Prepare and submit daily site reports, progress updates, manpower records, and site photos

• Highlight site issues, constraints, or practical challenges to Site Manager / Site Engineer promptly

• Maintain discipline, attendance control, and smooth site operations

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in Construction or related field

• Proven 3 years’ experience in construction site supervision

• Able to read basic construction drawings and work instructions

• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Good reporting and documentation skills

• Familiar with site safety requirements and construction SOPs

• Able to work independently while coordinating with site teams

• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.

• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Cantonese
