Job Responsibilities: 

• Lead the design and development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications using Flutter. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Backend, and QA to define, design, and deliver new features. 

• Drive technical decisions, propose architectural improvements, and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Optimize application performance, ensure responsiveness, and maintain high code quality standards. 

• Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner. 

• Review code from junior developers and provide constructive feedback and mentorship. 

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and automation to support continuous delivery.

• Stay updated with the latest Flutter developments, tools, and mobile industry trends to guide team direction. 

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in mobile development, with at least 2 years focused on Flutter. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• Strong proficiency in the Dart programming language and Flutter SDK. 

• Proven track record of building and deploying complex mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms. 

• Solid understanding of the mobile development lifecycle, app store guidelines, and performance optimization techniques. 

• Experience integrating mobile apps with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. 

• Strong grasp of design principles, UI/UX standards, and responsive design. 

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, mentor junior team members, and manage development tasks independently. 

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
