MAHSA International School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Accounting & Commerce Teacher to join our international school community. The successful candidate will teach within the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum and inspire students to develop strong financial literacy, analytical thinking, and commercial awareness.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum.

• Teach Accounting and Commerce/Business-related subjects.

• Prepare students effectively for Cambridge IGCSE examinations.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and appropriate support.

• Apply differentiated teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.

• Contribute to curriculum planning, departmental activities, and academic development.

• Participate in INSET, CPD, co-curricular activities, school events, and other school programmes.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain effective communication with parents.

• Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field.

• Recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, PGDE, Diploma in Education, or equivalent is preferred.

• Experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE Accounting and/or Commerce/Business is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum and examination requirements.

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong classroom management and lesson-planning skills.

• Ability to differentiate teaching according to students’ abilities and learning needs.

• Passionate about teaching and committed to achieving high standards of student learning.
