Job Description

• Prepare and analyze capital adequacy and solvency reports.
• Support stress testing and sensitivity analysis to assess financial resilience under different market conditions.
• Perform Asset-Liability Management (ALM) profile analysis, and monitor market and investment risks.
• Contribute to strategic asset allocation (SAA) and capital management initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and risk committees.
• Review and enhance risk policies, frameworks and reporting processes.
• Partner with teams across Risk, Finance, Actuarial and Investment to deliver key risk management initiatives.
• Drive process improvements through automation and data analytics.
• Coach and support junior team members where appropriate.
• Take on other Financial Risk Management initiatives as the business evolves.

Job Requirement

• A Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Risk Management or a related discipline.
• Around 3-5 years of experience in insurance, financial services or risk management.
• Experience in financial risk reporting, stress testing, strategic asset allocation (SAA) or solvency monitoring is an advantage.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with an understanding of capital adequacy, asset-liability management (ALM) and financial risk concepts.
• The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Python, R, VBA or Prophet is an added advantage.
