The experience you will gather with OM Implementation & Buying department:

• Negotiate and purchase media campaigns across media platforms
• Total maintenance including makegoods, station invoice reconciliation, buy and post analysis documentation
• Retain quality control and adherence to overall media plan objectives
• Conduct optimization of campaigns to ensure benchmarks are adhered and compensation negotiated accordingly
• Maintain fiscal responsibility of client budgets via billing process
• Preparation of client reporting documents and POVS
• Negotiate client contracts and monitoring of contract fulfilment

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in media implementation or execution work
• Understanding TV & Digital implementation on various channels & platforms
• Familiar on media tools, ie. Nielsen & Kantar
• Knowledge in Malaysia media landscape & consumer media behaviour
• A positive energy and hunger to learn
• A ‘can-do” attitude
• Meticulous with a good eye for numbers and analytics
• Great interpersonal skills
