WDG Resources Hiring! Full Time Store Keeper cum Admin Assistant in Selangor - Ricebowl

Supply parts order to walk-in customers, monthly branches replenishment orders and daily service department parts request;

Receive, unload and record parts supply from local suppliers and overseas suppliers / principals (Doosan, Sandvik, LGMG & Others);

Receive and issue parts, verify quantity, condition and types of items received against purchase orders/delivery orders;

Maintain stock records, update stock cards;

Able to do proper packing and arrange completed parts supply to be delivered to salesman and also bulk packing to be collected by lorry transport company;

Ensure the stocks are handled with care, well arranged and safely kept within the warehouse compound;

Ensure forklift is well maintained and is always in good working condition;

Maintain the warehouse, record area and store area in a neat, clean and orderly manner;

Participate in stock-take exercise, conduct random stock take on monthly basis;

Ensure proper filing and all documents are filled up to date;
