PEN S J Electronics is offering structured internship opportunities for students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. This program is designed to provide real industry exposure, guided learning, and potential career progression into our Graduate Trainee (GT) Program.

We are looking for candidates who can start immediately. The company is open to negotiating with universities/institutes for early internship placement. Internship duration may be extended up to 6 months based on performance and business needs.

Outstanding interns may be considered for our Graduate Trainee (GT) Program (1–2 years). During this period, GT candidates will be developed and given priority nomination for permanent roles when suitable vacancies arise.

• Assist assigned department in daily operational activities

• Support ongoing projects and process improvement initiatives

• Prepare reports, documentation, and data tracking

• Participate in cross-functional coordination and meetings

• Support administrative and operational tasks

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor

Interns will gain exposure in areas such as:

• Manufacturing operations and business workflow

• HR operations and employee lifecycle

• Finance reporting and cost tracking

• Engineering support and process improvement

• Purchasing and supplier coordination

• Warehouse and inventory management

• Shipping and logistics coordination

• Facility and maintenance support

• Quality control and compliance

• Degree students from relevant disciplines

• Fields of study: Business, Finance, HR, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Administration or related

• Able to start immediately or within short notice

• Willing to request early internship release from institute (if required)

• Internship duration: 3 to 6 months (extendable)

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Proactive, hands-on, and willing to learn

High-performing interns may be:
