Job Descriptions:

• To be in-charge of all pre and post contract administration for designated project.

• Preparation and monitoring of project costing at regular basis.

• Organize tenders calling, conduct tender interviews and evaluating tenders received.

• Negotiation of tender prices and recommending for award of contracts.

• Site valuation and preparing payment recommendations for contractors and consultants.

• Project cashflow outflow projection.

• Perform any ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of experience in relevant role in construction industry.

• Fluent in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are a must to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
