Plan and schedule daily haulage trips based on customer requirements.

Assign suitable drivers and vehicles for each trip.

Coordinate with drivers, customers, ports and depots on container movements.

Monitor daily trip progress and ensure timely pickup and delivery.

Monitor driver attendance, GPS location and trip status.

Handle operational issues such as delays, breakdowns and last-minute changes.

Update trip information and ensure all documents are properly recorded.

Monitor vehicle utilization and optimize trip planning to reduce empty trips and unnecessary costs.

Coordinate with Operations, Workshop and Customer Service teams when required.

Ensure all operations comply with company SOP and safety requirements.
