At least 8–10 years of relevant finance experience, preferably at Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Finance General Manager level.
Strong experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management and management reporting.
Proven ability to improve or establish finance processes, management dashboards and performance-measurement systems.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial services or multi-location businesses would be an advantage.
Strong financial modelling, analytical and Microsoft Excel skills.
