Bhd. is seeking a full-time Associate Business Analyst (Software) to join our team based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for analysing business requirements and driving the successful delivery of IT projects that support the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Develop innovative solutions through research and collaboration with internal and customer teams.
• Gather, analyse, and manage user requirements to recommend customer solutions.
• Lead workshops and deliver presentations to bank clients.
• Create user documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
• Conduct functional testing to ensure systems meet requirements.
• Support test strategy, planning, and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with the team to translate requirements into applications.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar business
