- Position Title: HR and Admin Manager
- Working Location: Johor Bahru (Desa Cemerlang)
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 830am – 530pm; Sat, 9am – 1pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to RM12,000 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all HR-related activities comprehensively.
- Oversee employee benefits like overtime, salary, allowances, leaves, time-off, and medical benefits as detailed in the Employee Handbook.
- Track employee attendance, handle training logistics, manage housing arrangements, and update HR databases.
- Ensure HR operations comply with company policies and government regulations.
- Lead and manage special HR projects and tasks.
- Handle labour relations tasks such as processing, renewing, and cancelling foreign worker applications.
- Manage expatriate and immigration matters, liaising with relevant authorities for foreign worker quotas.
- Apply for and renew CIDB passes and safety permits.
- Handle documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
- Process expense requests for approval and manage monthly claims.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and forwarders; coordinate shipping logistics.
- Prepare import/export documentation, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.
- Identify HS codes and manage customs documentation for compliance.
- Monitor shipments and communicate with customers about delivery schedules.
- Liaise with Malaysia Customs during inspections and classification processes.
- Plan export schedules with production teams and customers for efficient logistics.
- Maintain a filing system and update company phone directories regularly.
- Liaise with governmental bodies like EPF and SOCSO for regulatory clarifications.
- Manage employee relations issues, including handling of grievances and disciplinary actions, confidentially.
- Conduct recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate interviews and reference checks.
- Prepare HR documents like confirmation letters and appraisals.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned.

- Diploma/Degree in HR Management or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant work experience in HR field
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards and accuracy.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with good analytical skills.
- Familiar with MIDA processes and Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse procedures.
- Experience with import/export documentation and maintaining compliance with shipping regulations.
- Experience with Autocount System and Infotech is a plus.
