Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and supervise staff training programmes for outlet operations and customer service. Conduct onboarding and refresher training, prepare training materials, coach employees on standard procedures and monitor learning progress. Maintain training records, identify development needs and work with management to improve service quality, operational consistency and workplace standards.
